Meet Ellie. Ellie is proof that good things come in small packages. Ellie is about 12 lbs and has a nice, wavy gold coat. She is very sweet and loving like her mom, Penny Lane. Ellie is the best companion dog and has the biggest heart. One of our favorite things about Ellie is how she looks after her elderly brother. She checks on him throughout the day, always making sure he's not alone, and it's honestly one of the sweetest things to watch. That same gentle, caring nature shows up in everything she does — she's easygoing with other dogs, curious about the world around her, and loving toward absolutely everyone she meets. Don't let the size fool you, though — Ellie is small but mighty. She'll play fetch from sunup to sundown if you let her, and she's fast. Really fast. We keep saying she'd be a natural at agility, and we mean it. When she's not begging for one more round of fetch, you'll find her curled up as the ultimate snuggle bug, or carrying around one of her beloved squeaker toys (she's rarely without one). And then there are those eyes. If you've ever heard someone describe classic "puppy dog eyes," they were probably picturing Ellie. She's affectionate, playful, gentle, and just an all-around joy to be around — and we can't wait to see those qualities passed down to her puppies.
